Most interestingly over the years has been the arrival of duel fuel ladder towel rails these are heated through winter by the central heating water and then in summer by electricity - lovely warm towels 365 days of the year.

I personally have the Aqualisa Quartz Digital - thermostatic and fully pumped power shower - with a small pump unit in the loft.
