We are a family run Central Heating & Plumbing business, established in 1960 by John (Jack) Scurr. For four generations we have been plumbers in York. William Freeman Scurr 1873 -1942, working with lead as a Whitesmith in York. Harold Norman Scurr 1901-1956, plumber working in York and my father John (Jack) Edward Scurr one of York’s first heating engineers founded Scurr Heating in 1960.
